Going on more than two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate, architecture, and property management, Joseph is the President of our real estate firm with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term client consultancy, sales and property management.
Joseph has consistently been a top producing Agent for the past fifteen years, receiving multiple franchise-wide awards, including the 2015 Realty World franchise-wide 2015 award for Best Marketing. Joseph's book of real estate business includes several hundred real estate transactions, including single family, multi-unit, condominiums, short sales, bank owned sales, probate sales, trustee sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges (straight and reverse), commercial real estate, and complex estate planning real estate divesting. On the Peninsula, Joseph oversees properties for over 235 local, national, and international landlords.
